Orders and Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order? Orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Delivery times depend on the courier and the destination: usually 2-4 working days for Italy. For shipments within Europe, delivery times can vary between 5 and 10 working days.
Do you ship throughout Italy and Europe? Yes, we ship throughout Italy and to many European countries. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination.
How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time. If you don't receive it, please also check your spam folder or contact us directly.
What happens if my parcel arrives damaged? Photograph the parcel and its contents immediately, before opening it completely, then contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the case and arrange for the replacement or refund of the damaged product.
Pre-orders
What is a pre-order and how does it work? A pre-order allows you to purchase a product that isn't available yet, guaranteeing your copy on the release date. Once your order is confirmed, the product will be shipped automatically as soon as it is in stock.
Can I cancel a pre-order? No. Pre-order products are sourced specifically for your order. For this reason, once your purchase has been confirmed, cancellations and refunds are not possible. We ask you to consider carefully before proceeding.
When is payment for a pre-order taken? Payment is taken at the time of purchase, not at shipping. This allows us to guarantee the availability of the product for you.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return a product? Yes, for sealed and unopened products you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with current European legislation. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Pre-order products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
How do I request a return? Please contact us by email before sending any product back. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed correctly. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a faulty or incorrect product.
How long will it take to receive my refund? Once the returned goods have been received and checked, the refund is issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Products
Do you sell single cards? Yes, we sell single cards for all the major collectible card games. You can search for them directly on the site using the search bar or by browsing by collection.
Are the products genuine and sealed? Absolutely. All the products we sell are genuine, purchased from authorised distributors. Sealed products are stored and shipped in the best possible condition. Any used products or those with imperfections are always explicitly stated in the description.
Why has the price of a product changed? The TCG market is subject to price fluctuations linked to demand, releases and global availability. We always try to keep our prices up to date and in line with the market. We recommend contacting us before placing an order if you notice any unexpected prices.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept? We accept all the major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and other payment methods available at checkout. All payments are secure and handled through certified gateways.
Can I pay cash on delivery? Cash on delivery may be available as an option at checkout for some destinations. Please note that it may involve an additional charge, shown at the time of the order summary.
