Right of withdrawal for online purchases

If you purchase as a consumer, you may notify us of your withdrawal without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. For several goods ordered together and delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is delivered. Other statutory starting points and exceptions remain applicable.

How to notify us

Send an explicit statement to info@timetwistergames.it, or to Timetwistergames Snc di Marco Mancassola e Fabrizio Gigliotti, Via Roen 9, 39100 Bolzano (BZ). Include your name, order number and the items concerned so we can identify your purchase. You may use the form below or any equivalent explicit statement. You do not need our prior approval to exercise this right.

Returning the goods

After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of your notification, to the shop address above. The deadline is met if you send the goods before it expires. You bear the direct cost of returning goods following a change of mind. Pack the goods securely and keep proof of dispatch.

Condition of returned items

You are responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. For cards and collectibles, opening boosters or sealed packaging, use and damage may significantly affect their value; any loss in value is assessed individually. There is no fixed penalty. Statutory exceptions remain applicable, for example for goods that are genuinely made to measure or clearly personalised.

Refunds

We will refund you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of your withdrawal notification, using the same payment method as your purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier, unless we have offered to collect them ourselves.

If you withdraw from the entire order, the initial standard delivery costs are included. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard option we offered are not refunded. For a partial withdrawal, the refund covers the returned items and any amounts due under the applicable law.

Preorders and items ordered on request

Preordering a regular catalogue product does not, by itself, exclude the right of withdrawal. The expected availability date is shown on the product page; timing may change based on information from the manufacturer or distributor. Exceptions apply only where the legal requirements are actually met, not simply because a product is a preorder.

Defective items and earlier orders

Withdrawal following a change of mind is separate from the statutory warranty for conformity, which remains applicable. If you receive a defective item or one different from what you ordered, contact us at info@timetwistergames.it.

These terms apply to purchases made after their publication. For earlier purchases, any more favourable terms communicated when the order was placed remain in force.
