Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

The policy adopted by Timetwister Games regarding the right of withdrawal complies with the regulations in force, as set out in Legislative Decree 206/05 (Italian Consumer Code) and subsequent amendments.

This right may be exercised, following completion of the purchase procedure, within 30 clear days from the day the goods are received by the customer, by notifying Timetwister Games through one of the following means:

  • The "Contact" form available on the timetwistergames.it website
  • Email to the following address: info@timetwistergames.it
  • Registered letter with return receipt to the following address: Timetwister Games di Marco Mancassola e Fabrizio Gigliotti, Via Roen 9, 39100 Bolzano (BZ)

The notice must include:

  • The number and date shown on the invoice or, alternatively, the order number and date
  • The bank details for the refund (IBAN code) or any instructions for another agreed payment method
  • In the event of a partial withdrawal, the description and quantity of the products to be returned
  • Only where the account holder differs from the invoice holder, suitable indication to this effect

Following the notice, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned goods reach Timetwister Games within and no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods, at the following address: Timetwister Games, Via Roen 9, 39100 Bolzano (BZ).

The proper exercise of the right of withdrawal is subject without exception to the following conditions:

  • The right applies exclusively to single products in their entirety. It is not possible to exercise withdrawal on part of a single product purchased. No warranty is provided for products sold as damaged (second choice).
  • The purchased item must be intact, unaltered and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts, including wrapping, documentation, accessories and any other element included.
  • In order to limit damage to the original packaging, it is the customer's responsibility to provide it with adequate protection. Any alteration to the original packaging, whether intentional or not, shall be deemed to preclude the proper exercise of the right of withdrawal.
  • The shipping costs for the return are borne exclusively by the customer.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product reaches Timetwister Games' address intact and unaltered, in the same condition in which it was delivered.

The refund of the amount paid for the products subject to withdrawal — net of shipping costs and any other services not directly related to the returned product — will be made free of charge within 14 days of the goods being received by Timetwister Games.

In the event of damage to the item during the return shipment, Timetwister Games will notify the customer of the occurrence within 7 working days of delivery, also in order to allow them to file a complaint against the appointed courier. Timetwister Games shall not be held liable in any way for damage, theft or loss of the returned goods.
