For the sake of clarity and transparency, Timetwister Games takes care to ensure that the information concerning the essential characteristics of the products it sells is in line with what has been communicated by its suppliers. At times, images, colours and components may differ owing to updates, variants or substantial changes in the editions of the various products.

Timetwister Games does not resell games that are used, damaged or otherwise not in keeping with the standards offered on the market, unless such a condition is duly specified in the product description. In any case, Timetwister Games always makes itself available for any verification of components, variants, colourings or any other element that may influence the customer's final decision to proceed with the purchase.

Timetwister Games likewise makes every effort to ensure that the availability of the products shown on the site is kept constantly up to date. In any case, Timetwister Games does not guarantee actual availability at the time the user accesses the site, nor that the prices displayed are not subject to change, always and in any event without prior notice.

In the event that a product listed as available should turn out to be sold out, the customer will be promptly notified by email or by another suitable means, so that they may communicate their decision regarding the correct handling of the unforeseen situation. The customer is always given the option to wait for the product to become available again, to cancel (in whole or in part) the order placed, or to amend the order so as to exclude the products no longer available in stock.

Should the unavailability of the product be due to the definitive discontinuation of production by the manufacturer, Timetwister Games reserves the right to offer the customer a replacement product of equivalent quality and price and, should this be refused, to proceed with a full refund of the unavailable product.

Every product in the timetwistergames.it catalogue is provided with a price that is always inclusive of VAT and of every other tax and duty. This price does not include any shipping and handling costs, which are calculated and shown at the time of the order summary.

Timetwister Games reserves the right to vary the prices of products and shipping costs without any prior notice. The amounts thus varied are to be considered effective from the moment of their publication on the site and will be applied exclusively to orders placed subsequently to such an update.

Should the price indicated be incorrect and/or manifestly negligible in relation to the nature of the product, for any reason beyond Timetwister Games' control — such as technical malfunctions or manual or automatic input errors — Timetwister Games reserves the right to cancel the order, even where it has been initially validated, for lack of the necessary intention to enter into the contract.
