With regard in particular to the rates applied, please bear in mind that these must necessarily take into account the weight and dimensions of the items: in the interest of transparency too, on the page of every physical item on the website you can always find all the relevant details on the net volume and weight of the chosen item.

Save for events of force majeure or particular destinations, our partners usually deliver within Italy within 24/48 working hours from the moment the parcel is handed over to the appointed Courier. For the purposes of the above, please note that “working hours” means those of non-public-holiday days excluding Saturday (that is, from Monday to Friday).
