Where we ship
We ship to Italy and the following countries in theeuro area:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.
We chose these destinations for a simple reason: they are all within the European single market. No customs duties or paperwork: your parcel travels from Bolzano to your door without additional charges on delivery.
For Spain, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded because they are outside the EU VAT area and subject to customs formalities.
Delivery times
In Italy our couriers usually deliver within 24–48 working hours after receiving the parcel. Working hours refer to weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and public holidays.
For other euro-area destinations, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on the destination.
Except in cases of force majeure or particularly hard-to-reach destinations.
Shipping costs
Rates are calculated by weight of the order. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

If your order includes preorders, shipping may be calculated separately. The exact total is always visible at checkout.
Shipping outside these areas
For destinations not listed above, shipping is not available through the website. This is a considered choice: customs, duties and inspections can cause unpredictable delays and, too often, parcels are rejected and sent back without a clear explanation, causing problems for both you and us.
If you still need delivery to an unsupported destination, we can review it individually. Here is how:
- Register as a customer on our website and complete all required details: full name, address, valid phone number and email address.
- Contact us directly at info@timetwistergames.it with the products you are interested in and the exact delivery address.
- We will reply with an individual assessmentcovering feasibility, realistic delivery times and the full cost.
Two points to keep in mind: your request is not automatically accepted. We may decline destinations we consider too risky. In all cases, customs duties, import taxes and customs charges are paid entirely by the recipient, as are any return costs if the parcel is rejected at the border.
Store pickup
If you are nearby, you can order online and collect in store at Via Roen 9 in Bolzano, with no shipping charge. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours: we will let you know when you can come by.
