Terms and conditions of service
For the sake of clarity and transparency, Timetwister Games ensures that the information regarding the essential characteristics of the products sold is in line with what has been communicated by the suppliers. Sometimes images, colours and components may differ due to updates, variants or substantial changes in the editions of the various products.
Timetwister Games does not resell used or damaged games, or games that otherwise do not meet the standards offered on the market, unless this condition is duly specified in the product description. In any case, Timetwister Games is always available for any verification of components, variants, colours, or any other element that may influence the customer's final decision to proceed with the purchase.
Timetwister Games likewise makes every effort to ensure that the availability of the products on the site is constantly updated. In any case, Timetwister Games does not guarantee actual availability at the time the user accesses the site, nor that the prices displayed are not subject to change, always and in any case without prior notice.
In the event that a product listed as available turns out to be sold out, the customer will be promptly notified by email or by another suitable means, so that they can communicate their decision regarding how best to handle the unforeseen situation. The customer is always given the option to wait for the product to become available again, to cancel (in whole or in part) the order placed, or to modify the order so as to exclude the products no longer in stock.
In the event that the unavailability of the product is due to the definitive discontinuation of production by the manufacturer, Timetwister Games reserves the right to offer the customer a replacement product of equivalent quality and price and, in the event of refusal, to proceed with a full refund of the unavailable product.
Every product in the timetwistergames.it catalogue is provided with a price that always includes VAT and any other tax and duty. This price does not include any shipping and handling costs, which are calculated and shown at the order summary stage.
Timetwister Games reserves the right to change product prices and shipping costs without prior notice. The amounts thus changed are to be considered effective from the moment they are published on the site and will be applied exclusively to orders placed after such an update.
Should the indicated price be incorrect and/or manifestly negligible in relation to the nature of the product, for any reason beyond the control of Timetwister Games (such as technical malfunctions, manual or automatic entry errors), Timetwister Games reserves the right to cancel the order, even in the event of initial confirmation, due to the lack of the necessary contractual intent.
Price Fluctuations
Products may be subject to sudden price fluctuations due to changes in demand. We always strive to keep our prices up to date and to reflect a fair market price. We reserve the right to modify or cancel an order in the event that items prove to be clearly outside market parameters at the time of fulfilment.
Should you find yourself in the aforementioned situation, we recommend that you do not place the order or that you contact us beforehand.
Pre-order Products
Products available for pre-order are made and/or sourced specifically following confirmation of the order by the customer. For this reason, once the purchase has been placed and confirmed, it is not possible to cancel the order or request refunds, whether full or partial, except as otherwise provided for by the current legislation protecting consumers.
By making a pre-order purchase, the customer declares that they are aware of and explicitly accept these conditions.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 21/2014 transposing European Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a written communication within the aforementioned deadline, containing:
- A declaration of intent to exercise the right of withdrawal
- Indication of the product for which withdrawal is intended
- Bank details (IBAN) for crediting the refund

To obtain the refund, the customer must return the product to the address indicated, at their own expense, in exactly the same condition in which it was delivered. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products purchased on pre-order, as specified in the dedicated section.
Confidentiality
Information relating to the customer, their orders and the purchases made is processed in full compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the current Italian legislation on the protection of personal data. This information will not be disclosed to third parties for reasons other than normal accounting management and the fulfilment of orders.
