When you place an order, delivery dates and costs will be processed, and this not only on the basis of the actual availability of the items in our warehouse, but also on the basis of the specific shipping options requested. The estimates provided regarding the dispatch and delivery of the products are displayed directly on the shipping options page for the order you are about to place.

With particular regard to the rates applied, please bear in mind that these must necessarily take into account the weight and the size of the items: in the interests of transparency too, on the page of every physical item on the site you can always find every relevant reference to the net volume and weight of the chosen item.

Except in cases of force majeure or particular destinations, our partners usually deliver within Italy within 24/48 working hours from the moment the item is handed over to the appointed Courier. For the purposes of the above, please note that “working hours” are understood to mean those of non-public-holiday days excluding Saturday (therefore, from Monday to Friday).
