Product details
Product in Italian
Barrage is set in an alternate past where water is the most precious source of energy. Each player leads a company that builds dams, conduits and powerhouses to capture the water flowing down from the mountains and turn it into energy, stealing water from opponents downstream when needed.
How to play
- Each player runs a company producing energy from the water flowing down the mountains.
- On your turn you place your engineers on the board actions: build dams, conduits and powerhouses using excavators and concrete mixers, produce energy, take contracts.
- To produce energy, water from one of your dams must flow through a conduit to a powerhouse. Water flowing downstream can end up in other players' dams, and vice versa.
- You score points with contracts and the energy you produce: after five rounds the player with the most points wins.
- 1 to 4 players, ages 14 and up, games of 60 to 120 minutes
- A game by Tommaso Battista and Simone Luciani
