Product in Italian
Cyclades takes you to ancient Greece, among the islands of the Aegean. Each turn you bid for the favour of the gods, Ares, Poseidon, Zeus, Athena and Apollo, and each god grants different actions: moving armies and fleets, building, hiring mythological creatures. The first to control two metropolises wins.
How to play
- Each round you compete for the gods' favour with gold offerings: if you are outbid you must move your offering to another god, and each god goes to only one player.
- Each god grants its actions: Ares moves and recruits armies, Poseidon fleets, Zeus priests, Athena philosophers, while Apollo helps whoever is behind with a little income.
- You build buildings, conquer islands and can buy mythological creatures that turn the game around.
- The first player to control two metropolises at the end of a round wins.
- The Legendary Edition brings together the base game and its expansions in a single box
- A game by Bruno Cathala and Ludovic Maublanc
- 2 to 6 players, ages 14 and up
