In Beer & Bread you lead two rival villages founded on the lands of an old monastery, with a tradition of brewing and baking. Over six years, some fertile and some dry, you gather and store resources, produce and sell beer and bread and upgrade your buildings. But the winner is whoever finds the right balance: at the end, the product that earned you less is what counts.
How to play
- The game lasts six years, which can be fertile or dry: at the start of each one the field resources are placed on the board.
- In fertile years each player takes 5 cards: you play one, take its action (harvest and store, produce and sell, upgrade) and pass the rest to your opponent.
- In dry years, instead, you play with the cards in your hand without passing them.
- At the end you count separately the coins earned from bread and from beer: your score is the lower of the two, so the player who keeps the best balance wins.

Preorders are dispatched from the product's official release date. If your order contains both preorders and in-stock items, everything is shipped together at release.
