Product details
Product in Italian
The island of Catan is no longer enough: time to take to the sea. Catan: Espansione Marinai adds ships to chart routes over the water, new islands to settle for extra points and a pirate ready to block you, with several scenarios to discover. Requires the Catan base game.
How to play
- The rules are those of Catan, but the sea becomes part of the map and there are new islands to reach.
- Besides roads you build ships, with wood and wool, to chart routes across the water.
- Founding a settlement on a new island earns extra victory points. Watch out for the pirate, who blocks ships and steals resources.
- The box contains several scenarios, each with its own map and goal.
- 3 to 4 players, ages 10 and up
