La Cicala e la Formica offers two different ways to play, sharing the same spirit of fun. With the red ants you can play with 3 or 4 players, and there are two difficulty levels, autumn and winter, for more or less experienced players.
How to play
- Lay out the path tiles, showing different types of terrain, to form a grid.
- The ant player places their pieces in a chain, one per tile, just like real ants.
- The ant player secretly picks a type of terrain where they have at least one ant, and the cicada has to guess which one.
- If the cicada guesses right, it scores and the roles swap. Otherwise the ant scores and stays in the role of the saver.
