Horrified: Dungeons & Dragons brings the cooperative Horrified system to the Forgotten Realms. The heroes join forces against some of the most famous Dungeons & Dragons monsters: each one must be defeated in its own way, while you protect the townsfolk and keep the rising terror at bay.
How to play
- Each player controls a hero with a special ability. On your turn you have a few actions: move, pick up items, guide villagers to safety, work towards defeating a monster.
- Then a monster card is drawn: new items appear and the monsters move and attack heroes and villagers.
- Each monster must be defeated in a different way, like a small puzzle, and every villager lost raises the terror level.
- You win together by defeating all the monsters; you lose if terror reaches its peak or the monster deck runs out.
- Cooperative game, can also be played solo
- Every monster has its own way to be defeated
- 1 to 5 players, ages 10 and up
