The Ring must reach Mount Doom, and the Eye of Sauron never stops searching for it. In Il Signore degli Anelli: Il Destino della Compagnia by Matt Leacock, the designer of Pandemic, you lead the Fellowship and its allies: protect Frodo, defend key locations and escape the Nazgûl. You win or lose together.
How to play
- Each player controls two characters from the Fellowship and its allies. On your turn you take your actions: move, fight enemies, protect key locations and help Frodo move on.
- Then Shadow cards are drawn: new enemies arrive, the Nazgûl hunt Frodo and the Eye of Sauron draws ever closer.
- To win you must complete the game's objectives and bring the One Ring to Mount Doom.
- You win or lose together: if the Shadow takes over, the Fellowship has failed.
- 1 to 5 players, each controlling 2 characters, with a solo mode
- 24 objectives, 14 events and 13 playable characters: every game is different
- Pandemic System, by Matt Leacock
