Right in the middle of the Christmas holidays comes issue 14 of ioGioco, as always full of reviews, dossiers, news and things to play. The cover features the Great Cthulhu from Death May Die, introducing a special on board games inspired by the creations of H. P. Lovecraft.
The insert holds two games to cut out and try
- UNDO, a new arrival among investigative games brought to Italy by dV Giochi, with a complete case: «Speranze naufragate». The protagonists can alter the past to prevent the death they are investigating.
- Under Falling Skies by Tomas Uhlir, a simulation of an alien invasion and the human resistance in just 8 cards. You need dice and a few tokens.
For roleplaying fans there is a dossier on steampunk and a complete adventure for Vulcania, «Lo scultore», made by Gear Games. You will also find variants for Fiabe di Stoffa and a table to track Influence in Time of Crisis. The issue closes with the end of year rankings of the titles that struck us most in 2019.
The magazine is in Italian.
