In a future not too far away, the world we know has become a memory, taken over by nature. In La Vita a Reterra each player builds their own community, rebuilding and adapting with whatever resources they have.

You can pick one of three ready to use themed building sets or create a custom set. Each set has five building cards and the matching building tiles.

How to play

1. Everyone starts with a square terrain tile, divided into a 2x2 grid of different terrain types. Some spaces show a gear or a relic.
2. On your turn, choose a tile from your hand (you hold three) or from the five face up tiles and add it to your community, up to four tiles per side.
3. If the tile has a gear, you can place a resident from the reserve on it or lay a building tile.
4. Every part of a building must sit on a gear, and all those gears must be on the same terrain type.
5. Once a building is finished, you gain the power of its card and can use it on each of your later turns, for example to place relic tokens for extra points or to remove an opponent's relics.
