Are the products and cards genuine?
Yes, always. We are a bricks-and-mortar shop in Bolzano and deal exclusively in official products sourced from authorised distributors. No proxies, no reproductions.
What condition are the single cards in?
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, single cards are in Near Mint condition. If a card has flaws or wear, this is clearly indicated in the description.
How are the cards shipped?
With tracked shipping and protective packaging: single cards travel rigidly protected, and sealed products are carefully packaged to arrive intact.
How do preorders work?
Preorders are dispatched from the product's official release date. If your order contains both preorders and in-stock items, everything is shipped together at release.
