Ai Confini dell’Altrove is a supplement for the Numenera roleplaying game, so you need the base game. The Ninth World has bizarre and unexpected places, but the worlds beyond it will leave you amazed. How do you even begin to face realities so different from your own? You explore them.
What you will find in the depths of the elsewhere:
- Ten transdimensional locations, including the Striated Promontory, the Infinite Abode, the Whispering World, Celerilion and the mysterious Reeval, source of the Nibovian threat.
- Many ways to travel between dimensions: the Fields of Drift, the Crystal Ship, the Silent Nyek and the Grinder of Infinities.
- New creatures, including the arravelon, the stealthy pariall, the carnivorous color, the time specter and the deadly lycidaris, a dimensional locust.
- Twelve alternate realities, from the Ascension of Kex Lianish, a world consumed by living crystal, to the Inflorescence, a vast creature made of maws that can carry you to other dimensions.
