It all starts in the most classic way: a local noble’s estate needs watching while they are away. But something lives in the shadows of the house. How do you undo an ancient pact with the being that whispers from the dark?
La Spina del Diavolo includes four distinct adventures that can form a single campaign with a plot that is anything but linear. The devil’s thorn claims new victims and time is running out. To remove it the characters explore the Mechanized Tomb, get past a web of Viral Transmissions and travel to the lands Beyond the Maelstrom.
GMs can run the adventures in any order, or use them as standalone scenarios. The book adds new places, creatures, characters and items for your Numenera campaigns.
