Skull King is the king of trick taking games, in Italian. Each round you must predict exactly how many tricks you will take, not one more, not one less. Ten rounds, from one card up to ten: pirates beat numbered cards, mermaids beat pirates and the Skull King beats everyone, except the mermaids. Easy to learn, deeper game after game.
How to play
- The game lasts ten rounds: in the first you get one card, in the second two, and so on up to ten.
- After looking at your cards, everyone bids at the same time how many tricks they expect to take that round.
- In turn everyone plays a card and the strongest wins the trick: follow suit if you can, black beats the other colours, pirates beat numbers, the Skull King beats pirates and mermaids beat the Skull King.
- Taking exactly the tricks you bid earns points, missing loses them. After ten rounds the player with the most points wins.
- 2 to 8 players, ages 8 and up, games of 30 to 45 minutes
- Contents: 110 cards, score pad, two player and advanced rules
